About Us > FAQ

What happens if the DJ doesn’t show up?
This has never happened…but in the unlikely event that your DJ has an emergency we will be notified and will send another DJ to your event.

What if a CD doesn’t play or skips?
Never.  We don’t use CD’s.  All of our music is in MP3 format.  However we have the capability to play CD’s if necessary at the event.

What if the DJ forgets to bring one of my requested songs?
Impossible. Music Masters has the capability to download and purchase music on line at all events.

Are you insured?
Yes.

How far will you go to do a wedding and are there additional charges?
We will go wherever the wedding takes us.  Anything over 100 miles requires additional charges to be discussed prior to signing contract.

What about equipment problems?
Although it is very rare equipment can and will malfunction.  Our DJ’s are technicians
trained to problem solve and fix problems as they arise. Typically problems will present themselves prior to the event. Back up systems are available to all DJ’s and can be delivered to the location prior to your event starting if needed.

How do you dress at a wedding?
We will talk to you prior to the event to determine how you want us dressed.  DJ’s are typically in dark suits or all black attire.  If the event requires a tuxedo or casual attire we dress accordingly.

What type of a deposit is collected?
50% of the total package is collected when contract is signed to secure your event date.

What type of payment is accepted?
No personal checks. Cash, Certified Check, Money Order or Credit Card (AMEX, MC, VISA, DISC)

Will the DJ have the limelight at my event?
Absolutely not.  We are here to compliment and enhance your evening. Our DJ’s approach is discreet and professional.

Is there a discount if I book additional services?
Yes.
